Erin's bridal shower was today. It was at Andrew's parents' house. The decorations and food were just wonderfully beautiful. This is a photo of the huge heart cake that was at the shower. The cake decorations were great - simple and elegant. I had the opportunity to have some after the shower. The cake part was palatable; the icing, however, was wonderful!! So tasty...

Bridal Shower Cake

Thank you for putting a pretty picture of the cake on your blog. I hated to cut it. Thanks for coming and dining after. I can't believe I didn't ask your help in decorating. What was I thinking? It would have made life so much easier.

Adina, I wish I had, but I didn't. I made lots of cookies and shrimp salad though.
